An exciting hands-on Term Time Hockey Programme for years 1 & 2. The emphasis is on having fun and starting to develop fundamental hockey skills.

• When: Friday, 4 pm - 5 pm (*Term Time only), for 16 weeks, starts on 28 April 2023, with the last session on 25 August 2023. 
• Where: Sand turf, Foster Park, Rolleston 
• Equipment required: The club provides hockey sticks and balls every week. Mouthguards and shin pads are compulsory. Soft-soled shoes – trainers or turf shoes only.  
• Uniform: Wear your Fun Sticks t-shirt with your own choice of shorts or track pants, long socks, warm top to start. 
• Costs: Registration fee - $45 Fun Sticks T-shirt - $10. (Optional for returning players)
• Parent help: Help from parents in each session allows our coaches to focus on teaching skills. Please let us know if you might be interested in lending a hand. Hockey experience is helpful but not necessary. We are looking for people to help our Fun Sticks children participate in each session. Please let us know if you might be interested in lending a hand.
