If you have had an accident, please report by email and if possible please attach the injury form that can be downloaded from here.
Health and Safety is everyones responsibility. If you see something that concerns you, please let us know so we can investigate.
Remember that whenever there is a head injury, or head contact with a ball, turf or other object a player must leave the turf and be assessed.
